KHAYO began in 2021 with a fatteh stall at Fulham Farmers Market, serving Syrian street food to Londoners.






Just six months later, KHAYO took up its first residency at Soho House, marking the start of a series of residencies, brand collaborations, and event partnerships across the city.









Building on this momentum, KHAYO expanded into supper clubs and large-scale catering, before launching a line of retail products and home kits designed to bring Middle Eastern comfort food into people’s kitchens.
